The date we send the gift is NOT the delivery date. It's the date we physically give it to the couriers. We cannot guarantee delivery dates unless you choose Australia Post Guranteed Overnight Express. So when you select the date for us to send your order please allow for delivery time.

Australia Post Standard Delivery - $8.95 - $17.95 per gift depending on weight - Tracking number provided. Delivery time approximately 3-5 business days to metro areas (excludes WA & NT) PO Boxes accepted.
Australia Post Guaranteed Express Overnight delivery $10.95 - $27.95 per box depending on weight - Tracking number provided. Must be within Express Post Network. PO Boxes accepted.
Priority Australia Post - (Not Trackable) - $2.95 - 1-4 days from dispatch date.
Standard Australia Post Registered & Trackable - $5.95 - 1-7 days from dispatch date.
Australia Post Express - $6.00 - (Trackable) - guaranteed delivery next business day within Express Post Network.
INTERNATIONAL Air Mail - $3.50 (Unregistered) - approximately 7-15 days from dispatch date.
PLEEEEEASE PROVIDE A CORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
We can’t accept any responsibility for the delivery address so please double check the address to make sure it’s correct. It will be returned to us if it’s not correct and then we’ll need to charge you additional fees (another freight charge to send it there again)…WE DON'T WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO YOU.

PROOF OF DELIVERY
Proof of delivery is available at an extra charge. Just remember you can track the parcel with the tracking number emailed to you when the item is dispatched – this service is free of charge.
BUSINESS, SCHOOL & HOSPITAL ADDRESSES
We can’t accept responsibility for delivered items that are redirected to the mailroom, front desk or reception.
If a courier deems a delivery location unsafe, the order will be returned to dispatch and redelivery fees will apply.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES & DELAYS
We quote only delivery time estimates on our website because we can’t control the freight company. We promise to dispatch same day provided your order is placed before 11am OR on the forward dispatch date that you have requested.
RETURNS: PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY
We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision as we must manufacture the products specifically to suit your requirements. Where the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised you may choose between a refund, exchange or credit.
You can cancel your order provided that it has not been created. We are unable to cancel an order that is already prepared or is with a courier for delivery.
ALTERATIONS & AMENDMENTS TO ORDERS
Once the order is being prepared/already prepared or in transit, we are unable to make any more alterations or amendments. If the change is possible, we may need to charge you a little bit more depending on your request. We do reserve the right to refuse alterations and amendments.
